Managing Transition through These Challenging Times: Using Sanctuary to Build Resilience in Our Organizations, Our Teams and Ourselves

This workshop will help leaders to explore how to apply concepts and tools from the Sanctuary® Model in order to navigate the uncharted territory that the COVID-19 pandemic has created. We will focus on how to utilize the SELF Framework and the Seven Commitments to address changes in the very nature of the work we do. Leaders will walk away with action plans to address the challenges that are most urgent for their organizations and teams to address.

Cost: $99.00
