Stephan Spilkowitz joined ANDRUS in 2011 and is the Assistant Director of Therapeutic Programming & Youth Development. He also serves as a Sanctuary Faculty Fellow at the Sanctuary Institute. Stephan provides oversight and cross-departmental integrative recreational and therapeutic program services in the ANDRUS Campus Division while collaboratively leading agency efforts to implement Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports and Restorative Practices. Stephan is also an experienced trainer of the Sanctuary Model, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, and Parent University.
Stephan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Cornell University, and a Master of Arts degree in organizational psychology & change leadership from Columbia University.
