Alicia Peak joined the Sanctuary Institute in 2018 as the Program Associate. Alicia works closely with the Institute’s director and the director of operations in managing projects while providing administrative support for the Institute’s Faculty and the Network. Alicia has a varied background in staffing, project management, contracts, labor relations, human resources and payroll. She worked as a nursing administrative for over six years providing direct support to the director of nursing at Cabrini of Westchester.  She was also a contract assistant at Orthonet, LLC under Humana for four years, and an executive assistant and labor relations representative at Interfaith Medical Center where she worked on staff training projects and supported the Director of Human Resources, and Director of Labor Relations. Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree and a MBA in healthcare administration from Monroe College, NY.
